- The average turn around time
is 2 weeks. If you need your order in a shorter time frame we
will TRY to accommodate you if our schedule and workload allows
it.
- Additional fees can apply
for orders that are rushed. We reserve the right to refuse rush
order requests.
- All deals, agreements,
understandings, and due dates must be in writing on the original
order to be honored. Emails and phone messages do not count as
approved changes.
- Some damage to your items
during the personalization process are possible and beyond our
control. If you choose to provide your own items we are not
liable.
- All artwork and files
produced, remain the sole property of American Stitch Factory.
- ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY.
